Have a dog that has good speed but does not bark a lot. Have run in some night hunts with a bell and it helps a lot. Is there a rule on running a bell on one day hunts?

WHY BOTHER WITH IT . DOG CANT BE SCRATCHED FOR NOT BARKING, MOST OF YOUR FASTEST DOGS DONT BARK MUCH ANYWAY
