Talked to Mr. Richard today and he wanted me to pass on some information for the upcoming USO:
- Richard got a new load of shavings in today and will have plenty for the hunters to buy for $7.00 a bale so instead of having to haul them with you just get them there
- Diane Hodge will be cooking breakfast and lunch for the hunters on Sunday and Monday when they are there drawing numbers or getting their hounds numbered and ready for the hunt, usually she will just cook breakfast and lunch the days of the running but this time she will be there early for the hunters convience
Richard said the facility is ready for the USO and he cannot wait to see everyone. I asked him how many hounds he was predicting and he is expecting 350 to 400 because he has been getting calls from all over the United States from people he never heard of. Richard said all of these along with the local hunters and the crowd from Virginia should have us close to 400.
