Need help with my dog he want eat dog food but he will eat table scraps and he want gain weight he don't seem to be sick but he is starting to look bad he has been wormed regularly

Have you changed wormers? May have a type of worm that current wormer isn't getting. I try to change using safeguard goat wormer, Strongid T, and Dectomax cattle wormer. Dectomax is pretty potent so don't overdo.. I had a couple of 4 mo old pups that would eat some but getting very thin. Had been worming them every week with Strongid T. Vet told me to use Dectomax. 2 tenths of a CC for 0-15 lbs. I adjusted the best I could on dosing. In less than a week I could tell a big difference in pups. Gaining weight and feeling good now.
