Got a dog that looks and seems healthy but has yellow slimy madder in both eyes. Anyone know what might cause it? And a simple fix for it? Thanks.

This time of year the woods and fields are full of weeds and seeds that can get into a dogs eyes and cause irritation and even infection. Also ticks are very bad right now and mattered eyes are a symptom of some of the tick fevers. Just a couple of possibilities.
