We have had two benefit hunts recently at Old 74, one for Hazel Graham July 11 and the other for Ayven Lennon on August 22. Both of these hunts were huge successes beyond my imagination.
People that field trial, and hunt always amaze me with their compassion and, generosity. We accuse each other of all kind of things, but when it counts you are the best of the best.
I also want to thank the Brunswick County Sporting Dog Association, Jones hunting club and the Graham and Lennon family, for all they did to make these events a huge success.
Those of you that know me know I don’t usually like to give numbers on these kinds of events but I have to make an exception on these.
Through your generosity over $31,000.00 was raised to help these two worthy benefits.
