I’m really looking forward to this first every Championship for one day hunters. I’ve been to some great hunts this year and judged some fine hounds. It has been a pleasure to see all the families get together at these hunts, watch the youth really get involved, and if you don’t think they are just mention something about their dog and watch then light up and tell you all about them. The entry fee is going to be $150.00 per Hound (Only CRHA Registered Hounds are allowed) and we’re paying back $120.00 a dog at the top ten. The CRHA is donating $2,000.00 on top of this so if 150 dogs show up it will be $20,000.00 to the top ten. We will have a banquet Saturday, December 5 and it will be held at The Boston (100 NE Central Ave, Amite, LA 70422) from 7-10pm. The fee is going to be $20.00 per person. The bench show will be Friday, December 4th at 7:30pm in Darlington LA. We’re only having two more All-Age hunts for this year November 7th is the Picayune Hunt and November 21st is Tic’s Crying Range Hunt. We’re only taking qualified CRHA registered dogs that have HOY points that has placed in All-Age and Derby hunts. You will have to send in what hunts your hound has placed in and have them CRHA registered before you can compete. Hunter's will have to send the info and their money in posted marked no later than NOV 23rd 2015. We will call you with your numbers or mail them to you.
Mail entry to CRHA at 70240 Kennedy Road, Kentwood, LA 70444. Has to be post marked Nov 23rd. Make all check out to CRHA. $150 entry and $20 per person for the banquet Saturday night. The banquet money send in with entry fee.
