Hey Everyone
I know there is a couple of benefit hunts in South Ms. the weekend of this hunt. Unfortunately this is the date we already had picked. I know ALL the local fox hunters will be out supporting these benefits that's just what we do, But if you want a change of scenery and can find a way to accommodate your local benefit hunts without being there. It would be well worth the drive to Beaver Mt. hunting Club for some down home warm hospitality and some of the FINEST hunting woods in Mississippi (Example: South Ms.35 years ago) with road after road after road to score dogs on. Loaded with Fox , coyotes and DEER!!! you will have the opportunity to see lots of game and your hound will get tested in these hills and hollows so bring your best and see what its made of. If you are worried about staying accommodations the camp at Preston fox pen will house 8 to 10 just 15 minutes away in Preston Ms. also several of us have camps or campers. If you need something a little more fancy motels are available in Macon, Louisville and Philadelphia Ms. all within 30 to 45 minutes of the hunt. If you stay in Philadelphia don't let the casinos get your money! Due to the rising cost of lease land as with all dog hunting leases the family and community oriented hunting clubs are being over priced and are fading fast so we need all of your money we can get. There will be a raffle for a Savage deer rifle to be given away at the hunt. Beaver Mt. will also be selling chances called a penny draw on 5 prizes $500,$400,$300,$200 and $100 all total $1500 in cash this drawing will be held in June at the Beaver Mt. club meeting or sooner when all 100 pennies are sold. If you cant make it to the hunt and interested in the raffles just give us a call. Thanks in advance for your support.

Just a week away from the hunt don't forget to call and get your #'s if you haven't already the game is piled in at our cast spots also we want to thank everyone who participated in the penny draw all 100 pennies have been sold and the drawing will be held just before we call out the top 10 in the hunt along with the gun drawing.
