1. Hunt must be Master’s or National Affiliated
2. Hunt may run under any of the Masters (HGA or GTP), National HGA or July National rules
3. Hunt officials must sign a Master’s Franchise contract agreement and return it to the leaderboard secretary a minimum of 10 days prior to the first day of running
4. Hunt agrees to contribute $1.00 per hound (AA and Derby combined) to the Masters Foxhunters Association, Inc., payable within 30 days after the last days running
5. The upgrade only applies to Grade 3 AA hunts that meet the minimum entry level per the designated region
• Region 1 (150 + entry) - VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, WV
• Region 2 (100 + entry) - AL, MS, LA, AR, TX, MO, IL, IN, KY, OK, CAN

6. There is no initial fee to sign up
7. Master affiliated hunts are waived of the $30 leaderboard & $50 affiliation fee that sign up
8. National affiliated hunts are waived of the $30 leaderboard fee that sign up
