Draw by Kennel Names
1. On February 16, beginning at 9 am est, the Masters secretary (Clif Parker @ 252-559-0400) will begin accepting calls and generating a “draw list” as calls are received. Additional non-draw numbers can also be reserved at this time.
2. Each kennel will be allowed one draw per round.
3. On the day of the draw, 1 single representative from each kennel will line up in the order of the draw list and draw a single number per round.
4. Numbers 1-99 and all subsequent numbers with two ones will be drawn, (a total of 126 numbers).
5. Each kennel representative will be required to announce how many hounds they will be entering at first draw. You will only be allowed to draw as many times as the number of hounds to be entered.
6. ***Note- Each kennel member present at the field trial is required to pay a $10 membership & sign a Sportsmanship Agreement Form.
7. On the day of the draw (Wednesday March 16, 2016), kennels not able to present at the time the draw BUT “in route” to Swainsboro, can elect do the following:
a. Call Clif Parker @ 252-559-0400 between 8 am and 9 am est.
b. Announce how many hounds you are bringing and elect to have a Masters officer draw an individual number for you when your name in the draw round is reached.
8. Numbers will be drawn until all 126 have been pulled.
9. If you elect to trade or sell your number, you DO NOT get to redraw until the next round and the draw order returns to your name.

Clarify number 9. You will not get to redraw for number you sell

It says we will draw if you are on the draw list and in route to the pen. That is the only way.
