What brand of cattle tags is best for biting flies and ticks, that safe for use on hounds? Thanks GRADER

I've used the purple Python tags with good success. There may be others that work better for flys. I've not done a lot of testing. Use Demon or something like that around Kennels for flys and that seems to work well.
