I have these tt15 just little over a year and that start tearing up where the gps srap goes in the box and causes the wires going to gps to tear anybody had this problem and if so what's the fix

I was told that the collar got messed up by them hanging it on something in the woods while running. Charged me 80 dollars, and the one they sent me back looked brand new.

I have a buddy that has had 4 out of the 6 he owns do this . He was told by Garmin that the collars have been abused and would not honor them .
