I have a solid pink line and a dotted pink line on the screen and don't know how to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had luck with the stop navigating before thought it might be something to try...good hunting

Reset it. Turn it on when the copyright message is on. Hold down bottom left or bottom right( I don't remember which) of screen it will reset. That worked on mine. The throw it out window has come close to my option several times. I think mine is garbage and I told Garmin a couple times.
