ADHA MEMBERS - HUNTING DOG OWNERS
All ADHA members will meet at front door of the Capitol Wednesday March 1 @ 8:00 am. We will attend the senate committee meeting. Wear your orange hats. Make no mi stake this is serious for ALL hunting dogs owners. If we don't beat this in Committee we will have very little
chance of killing it once it hits the floor. Bring your spouse, your child,
gra11dparents, your neighbor everyone needed and welcome.
Please call y our senators today ! !! Tell them we want an amendment to exclude hunting dogs from Trevor Drowns Private Property Bill!! If no amendment then we want them to vote NO on the bill! ! This bill is
detrimental to hunting dog owners! ! On this bill, the first offense is a Class A Misdemeanor, 2nd is a Class C Misdemeanor, 3rd is a Class A Felony . Our youth can become a felon before they are 18 by just going after their dogs. Word is that Trevor Drown said in committee that the good faith law will still protect hunting dog owners but he is refusing to
include that in the wording. This means he is being instructed by lawyers that will make money to try each case. And ticket are already being written for trespassing as hunters are trying to retrieve their dogs.Very bad bill !!
