Ray...I worm with this wormer pretty regular until I need to rotate. If you give them 5cc you could ruin there liver, you give them 1cc per 25 lbs. I generall give grown dogs 2cc for 5 days and one of the days I mix 1/4 cc of ivomectin. This is a VERY good wormer but DO NOT give them 5cc of synanthic. Per the Veternerian. Not an opinion.
I haven't had any with tapes to give it to see if it works, but I did use it all last year and my dogs stayed healthy looking on it.
We gave 2cc 2 days once a month.
You can worm 20 dogs for almost the whole year with the $200 plus dollar bottle.
