Have a gyp with 2 week old pups she has ticks on her what can I put on her

I had some small pups get fleas real bad one time. Used lemon joy dish soap, and some flea and thick spray from Wal-Mart, that read it was safe for small pups. I think it was herts in a blue spray bottle. It should be ok to put on your gyp.
