If you don't have any dex. I would soak ankle and legs in a five gallon bucket of ice water for 15 min , take any kind of antibiotic save you can get from feed store rub on legs and ankle then take some cling wrap plastic wrap dogs legs and ankle and foot not tight just so it holds then take some, I don't know the real name for it , I call it horse wrap not tight but snug wrap dogs legs ankle and foot all the way past the toes!! Starting at the dogs feet working your way up!! Make sure you DO NOT WRAP TO TIGHT !! This is called sweating the muscles and joints help push inflammation away marking pain and swelling less!!
