what is the the dosage for puppies for di-mex sulfadimethoxcine

I mix it 4 parts to 5 parts dyne and add jello mix powder for taste. 3 to 4 cc a day for 10 to 12 week pups

I'm having the hardest time getting Sulfadimethoxine without a prescription...
Any idea how I can, nowadays?
