I called purina today to get my account balance and was told effective 7/31 they no longer accept weight circles. I was not notified of this how about any other members?

I quit them years ago when they discontinued the blue bag Hi Pro. Their green bag dog chow is pretty sorry feed and their other feeds are too expensive.

You should have received a couple letters from them stating that the weight circles had to be sent in by 07/31/18, but you can still submit points through their new system, basically you take a picture of the receipt and upload it to their system...you can find out more about it from their web site.
