The 2020 Southern Star will be held at J & J Foxpen in Picayune, MS on November 12-15. This is a Master’s, Grade 1 hunt- ( GTP- 5 min.) Can start entering hounds on the 12th and running will be the 13th through the 15th. Bench show will be after first day of running. All-Age and Derby. $100 for All-Age and $75 for Derby. Book will open October 1. Call me for numbers (228-493-8008). Can call between 5 A.M. to 9 P.M. Derby numbers- (1-99 and 900’s). Single digits will be first come, first serve, but each kennel will be allowed to get one single digit and one double digit with a 1. All-Age numbers- each kennel can get one triple digit with two ones. We have 2500 lbs of feed to give away, a dog box, and a Garmin collar for high speed & Drive, All-Age dog each day. We will also be selling raffle tickets for a donated fishing charter, plus several other prizes for the top 10 in each class. We have almost 300 numbers out for the Southern Star! Looks like we are going to have a great turnout!!
Also, if there are any double digit derby numbers that WILL NOT be used, PLEASE, turn them in to me as soon as possible!! Same goes for the All-Age numbers. I have a waiting list of hunters wanting double digit and all age numbers with ones!!!
If anyone has ANY 2 digit or single digit derby numbers, they are not going to use, PLEASE turn them in so I can get them back out to the Hunter’s on the waiting list!! Thanks.
