C&M will start giving out numbers on Thursday night, November 10th from 7:30pm till 9:30pm and from 7:30pm till 9:30pm each night thereafter. Call Lonnie Ward 910-234-0669 to reserve. Only one single digit and one two-digit number with a one in it will be given out per kennel as long as they last. Entry fee will be $100.00 per entry with a deposit of $30.00 per entry due no later than Saturday, November 19th at 7:30pm.
The deposit money is not refundable. Deposit money can be mailed to Lonnie Ward at 460 Ward Rd, Tabor City, N.C. 28463 or paid in person.
Entries will be limited to 150. Six numbers can be reserved and if we have more available you can call after 7:30pm on November 19th for any extra numbers as well as any number that the deposit has not been received for. The deposit deadline for the extra numbers will be by 7:30pm on Saturday, November 26th.
Kennels will be assigned at time of entry. Hounds can be entered from 4:00pm till 7:00pm on Wednesday, November 30th, and from 4:30am till 6:00am on Thursday, December 1st.
The Bench Show will be held on Wednesday, November 30th at 5:00pm with an appreciation meal immediately following the bench show.
Running will start on Thursday Dec.1st. Master of Hounds will determine the time of cast.
Camper space will be available @ $15.00 per night. Call Lonnie Ward to reserve 910-234-0669.
Top 3 winners will receive a total of $1,000.00. 1st place $500.00, 2nd place $300.00, and 3rd place $200.00. One half ton of feed and a C&M Jacket will also be awarded to the winner. 11th - 15th place will also be recognized.
High dog each day will be rewarded.
