Puppy and Derby Hunt, March 9th, 2024

Puppies up to 12 months/ even numbers and Derby up to 24 months /odd numbers.
Hounds run together / scored separately.
4 hour hunt / Run by Pen Rules
Bench show including child handling class.
Entry Fee $36.00/ $2.50 per entry going to lst place. $1.5 to 2nd and $1.00 to 3rd.
50/50 Drawing with ½ going to winner drawn and l/2 going to a family who has a child with serious medical needs. C&M will be donating $1.00 per entry to go with the 50/50 for the sick child fund. We try to donate $500.00 for each family and we ask that if anyone knows a family that qualifies to please let us know.
Giving out Numbers from 7:00pm till 9:00pm on Thursday, February 29th t and at the same time each night thereafter .
Numbers can only be used by the name reserved in and numbers will be limited to 5 derby numbers per kennel.
When calling for numbers, do NOT leave text, voice, or email message or leave on face book. Calls only and not before 7:00pm.
Entries must have breeding on them or they will not receive any award or recognition.
Breakfast and lunch will be available.
CAST AT DAYLIGHT. Master of hounds to decide time.
If we have over 120 total entries we will draw for a nice gift. The winner of each class will also receive an embroidered jacket.
Puppy Class: If we have over 30 entries we will give out 15 places and under 30 entries/ 10 places.
Derby Class: 15 places.
