is a .40 engine with a 8in prop too small for a 36x18in airboat made out of 1/4in plywood? i also have a .46, would it be better to put this on my boat?
I have an Saito 91 4-stoke on a 28 x 17in aluminum hull, if I were you I would go with all the power I could afford if I wanted to run on dry ground (the hill). If you are running in water then go with at least the .46
