I'm sorry that no one wrote back to you.
You must feel very worried.

Besides therapy, which can be very helpful, I think that if you have any symptoms of low B12, that you should try vitamin B12.

I found that my vitamin B12 got low after I'd had a lot of stress, and once it was low it was just sooo hard to cope, and I'd get angry really easy.

I'm getting replacement therapy now, and it is SOOOO effective in changing how I feel.
