Hi, I was wondering what 'powers' if any CPN's have over patients 18 and over, and wether they can force their patients into a 'care' centre or back into hospital against thier will. Any answers as sson as possible, I will be so grateful.

they can if you threaten to harm yourself or someone else i think thats the only time they can take care
