I met you at the Templeton Fair, my family and I tried your Judi's Best Garlis Butter and decided to purchase a package. It was my father's 70th birthday and we decided to a family dinner. So I decided to make this as a suprise with Fettuccine,shrimp,chicken and broccili, Served also with homemade bread. He stated that it was better than going out to eat and it was one of his favorite meals. My whole family enjoyed it. I wished I purchased more. We will have to buy more on line. I purchased the Garlic Butter last year at the Castleberry craft fair at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH and it was awesome! I made a traditional shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta and absolutely loved it! When I went to the fair this year, the Judecraft booth was the one I most looked forward to and made a beeline as soon as got in. This time, I marinated chicken wings in the garlic butter. Yummy!! The dessert mixes like the Royal Hawaiian and the Banana Cream are to die for as well. Thanks so much!! I will be ordering again!!

I purchased three packages of Judi's Best Garlic Butter at the Yarmouth Clam Festival. I have used it for dipping sauce, white clam sauce and tonight for Breaded Veal Cutlet with Proscuitto and Mozzerella. I fried the breaded veal in olive oil and placed thinly sliced Proscuitto and Mozzerella on top. I placed it in a Pyrex with warmed Garlic Butter with a little wine on the bottom of the pan and broiled the veal until the cheese melt. The veal obsorbed the garlic butter! I seved it with pasta tossed with the garlic butter. All three recipies were delicious but the veal was by far the Yummiest!!!!
