Because of the deteriorating health of some of the stockholders, among other reasons, we, the stockholders of ECFHP, are offering our pen for sale as of today. Pen is 1000 acres, with good roads, and public kennels owned by the pen for 600+ hounds. Private kennels are also on the premises for 200+ hounds. Included in the sale besides the pen are the clubhouse, feed storage container, the road plow, public kennels, and approximately $50,000 worth of seasoned game already on the ground. The lease on the land is paid until the end of August 2011. You may check on future lease agreements with Ingram Lumber Company. A tentative list of hunts has already been scheduled for 2011.
