Yes, Blackhat Kennel is Teddy Villines. If I'm not mistaken, Mr Jim Edwards won the last one. Teddy did place 4 dogs from 2nd to 6th I think. Mr Jerry Hartwick owns 1 of those now... Unless the pen owner doesn't want you to "practice", whats wrong with running there before a hunt if you can and want to????? Lots do it...
