Refurbished collars come with the following items NEW "under the collar magnet" housing, sealed 9000 mah lithium battery, antenna, collar, and tabbed magnet. These magnets are encased in a injection molded case and have a tab for easy removal and installing under the collar to shut the transmitter off. With these under the collar magnet housing, NO MORE o-rings or rubber straps to break, magnet falls out and transmitter runs until next time of use.
