The Chase has prettier papers that have a better reputation but the registration info the publish in the back of the magazine is completely worthless as far as I can tell.
The Horn doesn't have the best looking paper or the best reputation but when you register a 5 generation pedigree they actually publish the thing in the back of the book. I look back at old Horn registrations all the time.
