I bought this about a year ago to use while I watched tv or was on the computer. I do like the product and prolonged use does give you results. The only thing that was a con for me is that it is not made for shorter people. I am 5'1 and I cannot put it parralel I have to use it vertical (if that makes sense to you). My thighs are too short compared to the length of it. If they made a smaller size I would prolly use it a lot more., making more income, 588,
