A couple years ago my dads health began to decline so we bought an interstate portable building and converted it into a house. He has recently made another move to Hilltop Nursing Home. I've tried my best to find a use for this building, but Im not on a deer lease and my back yard is to small for it and a pool. It's 12 x 32 has a tub shower combo, bathroom sink, toilet, stove, kitchen sink, and two brand new a/c-heat window units on either end. I'm in the process of repainting, and plan on putting in wood lament flooring next.
