Entry Fees and Membership Fee must be paid in advance
Between the dates of February 18th and March 16th you must mail a check to the Secretary for the number of hounds you wish to run plus membership. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE BUT IS TRANSFERABLE. You are responsible to insure that your check reached the Secretary during this time frame. These checks will be deposited as they are received; should a check not clear the bank you will lose your spot.
Upon receipt of your check the Secretary will call you at the number indicated with your check to let you know it has been received.
If the number of 420 hounds is not reached, it will be advertised on Speeddogs and Masterfox and Facebook to get the word out. This is on a first come first serve basis and everything will be done to ensure 420 hounds are pre-entered, and if available we will accept entries up to the night before the hunt.
MUST BE PREPAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE, PLUS MEMBERSHIP, NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT TRANSFERABLE.
POSTMARKED NO EARLIER THAN FEBRUARY 18TH AND NO LATER THAN MARCH 16TH.

Once pre-entered, all you have to do is show up on March 31st or April 1st to DRAW Your Numbers and turn in your entry sheet.
No numbers will be given out prior to 8AM, March 31st
Members will draw numbers and provide entry form once at event
