Stray Mama

My friend brought me a stray cat she found three days ago. This cat is all skin and bones but obviously pregnant. My father and i have both been around many pregnant animals and know she is pregnant. She seems like she is in very good health condition but is very under fed. I need advice on how to get her nutrition level back up before she has her kittens. I would also like some advice on how to tell how far along she is. Thank you so much.
