I have spoken to Mr. Harland Stonecipher today about the legal issues in Florida. He has advised me that the only way he can get involved and assist in this matter is to have those who are affected by it become members of Pre-Paid Legal. There cannot be any "association" memberships. Therefore, all persons who are involved must be members individually. I am posting this so that anyone who is interested in becoming a member may contact me for an informational brochure and an application for membership. The cost for an individual is $17.00 per month or $204.00 per year. There is a one time fee of $10.00 due with the application. By becoming a member of Pre-Paid Legal you will have an invaluable resource for legal advice. I strongly urge foxhunters in ALL states to consider membership. You never know when an issue might arise that will require legal counsel. If you are interested in becoming a member, please post your name, address, and phone number. I will be glad to mail you all the necessary materials. Mr. Harland is very aware of the current situation in Florida. BUT he cannot help you unless you give him the opportunity by becoming a member. Memberships are necessary before any assistance can be provided.
