Depends on what the age limit on the hunt is

I have been told that when they turn 1 year old that they are not a puppy and this hunt was a 13 months and younger for the old class. Their birth date is 8-18-2012 and this hunt was on 8-17-2013 so they was still puppies and one of them still placed against grown dogs. So I guess the answer would be when they don't call the hunt a PUPPY HUNT!
