Is an Out of state hunting license required in a field trial inside a pen? (in georgia)

Not if the Assoc. has a permit for the field tial.

Butch I've never thought about it, but what about running for fun? Do you need an out of state liscense for that?

In Georgia u can buy a license for running in the pens its like $14 for 2 or 3 years

In Ga. a shooting preserve license is required, you can go online to get it, it is about $12.50 and is good for two years.
