Pre Entry Fees ($30 per hound) and Membership Fees can be paid in advance to secure your draws
USO Officers do not believe the 300 hound limit will be reached, but if you want to be assured that when you arrive at the USO you can draw numbers, you can send in a $30 pre-entry for each hound you wish to draw numbers for along with the $25 membership fee. You can mail a check or money order to the Secretary for this anytime prior to the USO. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE BUT IS TRANSFERABLE. You are responsible to insure that your check or money order reached the Secretary. These checks will be deposited as they are received; should a check not clear the bank you will lose draws.
Upon receipt of your check or money order the Secretary will call or text you at the number indicated with your check to let you know it has been received (Please include contact name and phone number).
Updates on the number of Pre Entries received will be posted on Facebook from week to week to make people aware of the total. This is on a first come first serve basis and everything will be done to not to exceed the 300 hound limit. If available we will accept entries up to the night before the trial begins.

DRAW Your Numbers.
No numbers will be given out prior to 8AM, December 14th
Members will draw numbers and provide entry form at event

and Monday December 15th (8AM – 12 Noon)
USO Banquet on Monday December 15th at 6:00 PM
