After you have done this you can take a break from the world and meditate on focusing on your center of being (your forehead is the center to use) while also trying to not focus on evil or spirits around you. This allows your spirit to be protected within the body by the Holy Spirit. Therefore allowing nothing of the Devil to touch you, even bad thoughts will be dimmed. I believe the longer you focus on your inner self, the stronger the protection. Bad body pains you may have may diminish if caused by the Devil. Very Effective.

Store things in containers, bless the containers with Holy Water.
