Hope life is treating you well. I tried to get in touch with you a couple of times, but didn\'t hear back and was wondering if everything was ok?
I have acquired a Tonelli (?) mandolin, very nice m.o.p. fretboard and purfling
and sounds fine on g\' and d\' courses (though action slightly high for me),but
a\' and e\' courses not aligned properly which I didn\'t notice when I bought it
(seduced by pics on ebay). I\'m sure it was sold in good faith, but I wonder whether it could be possible to adjust by cutting new nut and installing new bridge? The outer e\' string is almost off the edge. I can send you photos if that would help. It may not be worth doing, but I just thought I\'d ask, as it\'s such a lovely instrument.

I just received an Alpina brand mandolin - appears to be a child\'s size - full length fretboard but shorter body than a typical A style by an inch or more. Made of solid Maple with Spruce top. I can\'t find any info on the brand.
