Hello: I have a 1900 mandolin from Naples with a bridge whose left decorative extension is gone. From you bridges listed the Poggeli comes closest to mine. Can I buy one from you and if so how much would I owe you (apart from shipping to 8074 Austria)? Best rgards, Walter

Hello,
I\'m looking for a long scale large body irish bouzouki (or a mandocello tuned GDAD) for busking and live playing. Given the nature of the task, an high end instrument would be too risky to bring along, but apparently there are simply no large body alternatives at a reasonable price. I\'m not looking for a modern art piece, just an honest, well built instrument that does its job well.
Thanks in advance

Looking for someone to repair my wife\'s antique bowl-back mandolin. It\'s been in her family a long time. Some of the long wood strips that form the bowl are separating from the others.

I have an old round back mandolin that appears to be from Brazil. The label inside says \"Grande E Premiada de Fabrica Instrumentos Musicaes de Ivo Incisi\". There are 4 Brazilian \"Consumo 1000 Reis\" stamps inside also. No model or serial numbers. I can\'t find any information about it on the internet. (There are a few sites mentioning Ivo Incisi violins.) Would you have any ideas how I might find information about this instrument?

I\'m looking to replace the bridge on my Carvalho Octave Mandolin with a better one, of ebony and bone (or brass) in order to increase the sustain and hopefully help the tone as well. It is 14mm high , one peice and 112mm long with 44mm between outside strings. I\'m wondering what it would cost for you to provide me with something i can fit myself? I\'m a carpenter and would worker but not a luthier. Please let me know......Gary Arnold Courtenay BC
