I am looking for a couple of Greek bouzouki bridges. I have a six string and an eight string. Those I have already are slightly different measurements to what you give - but the crucial height is 15mm and bone insert on both instruments is 50mm. Are you able to supply these please, and if so, at what cost? Where are you - will postage be much? Thanks |

Dave Hi - I am looking for a new bridge for my custom built Irish Bouzouki( its actually in the shape of an electric guitar) - not sure what spec you need but the bridge shown on your page \'Bouzouki Bridge in rosewood/ebony: \'Compensated\'\' already looks like it would fit and be a thousand times better than the one i current have - will you add the slits for the strings if i ask you to add them ? My mobile is 0771 4844215 if you have any questions - thanks Terry |

Want to sell bowl back mandolin, ticket inside says you restored it in April \'16. Other label inside says made by Louigi Dorigo of Napoli, serial number 189. I wondered if you could help me to put a price on it. Kind regards Steve |

I was given a bowl back mandolin in a state of disrepair and would like your opinion on what to do with it. If I sent you some pictures would you be able to make an assessment? Many thanks Ruth |

I recently bought a 2nd hand Fylde octave mandolin direct from the factory in Penrith (I can provide pics). The tailpice is made for ball end strings and is much easier to use than loop end models. I also have a Fylde touchstone mandolin which I would like to fit with a similar tailpiece - Roger at Fylde not co-operating - says it wouldn\'t look right!! I suspect it was made for a cittern or similar as there are 10 string slots. Do you know of any similar tailpieces? I\'m only a short drive away from luthier Eddie Green so fitting would not be a problem |

Hello Dave. I found an old mandolin in my parents-in-law attic. It must be around 40 years old(as they said to me). Inside the bowl, it is written \"Francesco Catania\" but not an exact date. They said it was an italian one. It definitely needs a new headstock, the top is a bit tilted inwards, and there is a little whole between the bow staves and the fretboard. My question is, would it be worth to repair ? Could i send to you some photos in order to evaluate its condition ? If yes, could you make the repair and what would the cost be ? Thanks in advance, Nikos from Greece. |

I am working on two mandolins: Lyon & Healy bowl back and A. Galiano bowl back. I am looking for fretboards, bridges/saddles, tail pieces and nuts appropriate for both, and a set of tuners for the L&H. Please let me know whether you have any or point me to a source. Thank you for your time. |
