I just found out my mother was raped by two of her brothers when she was about 13, she is now 64. It seems she may have gotten pregnant and they took the child and give it away. This happened in Mexico but all involved live in the US, is there anything that can be done legally. We are in San Diego and I would also like to know if there is any place you can recomend so that my mother can talk to someone?

At last a website or forum defending the rights of the mothers. I had a terrible time last year at my sons nursery when on arrival one morning i was greated with over 10 posters that not only offended but disgusted me. All quoting the importance of a Dad with slogans saying a child will only achieve if a Dad is present all pro Dad! My husband left me when my son was a baby he hasnt seen us in over 3 years he makes little contribution financially and was a terible dd. The last time my son saw him he was being removed from my flat by the police he was a violent and aggressive man, there is no positive imput that this could have on my sons life! i had my two daughters taken from me behind my back from there schools when i was in court. two hours before court order was given the evil social services .my daughters told me that there dad was touching them so i reported it to s.s and guess what i got the blame for it ! IAM still fighting through family court to get them back .life isnt the same theres a big part of me missing .my story goes on and on and on

I am going though a court battle at this present time, as the father of my 2 year old boy is a convicted child sex offender and wishes to have contact with his son even to the point that it will be unsupervised. Social Service and the courts are considering this and I am terrified. I never knew about my ex partners record until I left as he was very violent towards me even putting me in the hospital when I was 6 months pregnant.
I support this cause and hope that maybe the goverment and courts will start listerning and stop putting out children in danger. I am scared for my son's safety.

I support and have so much respect for any parent who is going tru injustice with there kids. Im not a mother but Im a dad who would do anything for my son. I live in a country where unmarried dads have no rights and my ex who I was with for 8 years is being nasty and has been accusing me of anything she can to stop me from becoming joint guardian of my 9month old son. She turned on me 6months ago more or less over night and been nasty and horrible to me since.Im a sensitive person and miss him so much all the time. Ive never raised a hand to anyone let alone her,I have endured her anger and moods even her hand(or whatever she had in them). I only want whats best for him,she only wants to be in total control over him and be able to have somewhat control over me by denying me a say in his life. She has a bad temper and can be very unstable and Im scared that she has so much control over him. She has deliberately lied and slandered me in order to play the victim I have proof of her plan and proof that she was violent to me but in Ireland the mother has all the say and rights and im scared that she wont let me see him again if i say anything. I have to wait 6months now for the courts to grant me guardianship as the last time she made up stuff that I couldnt prove wrong and here the mothers say is listened to.

Any Father or Mother who hurts their child or uses them as weapons should have them taken from them. Any partner who abuses physically or mentally their partner should have there name and address on an abuse website theres no excuse for causing pain deliberately. "Do onto others as you would have them do onto you"

My Ex husband has kept my 4 daughters away from me for over 3 years now, and the court systems isn't helping me. I have been back countless times and loose to my Ex's high paid lawyers. I've tried to get publicity notice to my case and I'm having no luck there either. I am working on a fundraiser to help me get back into court. I completely sympatize with you, even though my situation is slightly different. My husband (haven got a divorce as yet) and I have been separated for 2 and a half years. He has always been verbally abusive, my confidence, my self esteem and my judgement have been severely affected by him. However. To cut the long story short: I work full time, you know what that means with a little one, and I thought I could take him to court. I do not qualify for legal aid as my disposable income goes above the limit of about 100£ a month. There. I should spend 155£ AN HOUR to have a solicitor. Well done governement: who doesnt want to work is now receiving first class treatment. Who does work has to DIY in front of a judge. The best is yet to come: I contacted the CSA because the 'doting' father is refusing to pay maintenance, so: because he has already a case open with them, having had 3 children from a previous marriage and refusing to pay maintenance then, the CSA will not backdate any payment in my case. and obviously cannot investigate as I know he has income from jobs he doesn't declare. So basically: the worst they are (me and his ex had to go to the CSA.....) the more the CSA protects them.
Please let me know what can I do to help pushing this injustice into the eye of the world!!!!!!!!!!!
